Bringing Swedish culture down under since 2013
Tucked away in one of the narrow laneways, Fika Manly is the flagship store. Close to the beach and a ferry ride away from the city is where the idea of opening Sydney's first eatery was born, by three Swedish best friends who wanted to share a little piece of home with Australia.
We bake everything from our buns to the Kavring bread in-house and we make the skagen, cure the gravlax and pickle the relishes as well. Not to mention baking Swedish cakes, cookies and making our own jams.
Apart from celebrating the culture of 'having a Fika' we're proud to be Australia's first Swedish eatery. We celebrate all the Swedish traditions like Christmas carols for Lucia, Swedish Christmas Buffet (for take away this year because of COVID), Semla buns, Midsummer, you name it!
