Use one jarof spices to 2 bottles of wine, preferably a light and fruity red.
Add the spices and sugar or honey to taste.Heat up to simmer, but don't let it boil*. Feel free to leave the spices cooling down in the wine overnight for more flavour, strain and serve. Drink it hot or cold with fresh orange, almond flakes & raisins. Enjoy!

*If you let it boil, the alcohol will evaporate. Up to you on that one ;)
